The tech giant Apple issued a lengthy letter of apology to its loyal customers. The apology letter has been posted on the company’s website where it claims that there has been some ‘misunderstanding about the issue’ Now it looks like the Local law firm, Hannuri Law requested all those whose iPhones were intentionally slowed down by Apple to join the lawsuit. Th lawsuit started in December which now reached a record of 370,000 individuals. Well, it’s worth to note that Apple hasn’t commented on the lawsuit yet. However, Hannuri law says in its legal action filed with Seoul Central District Court this week that the company has violated local law and it asks Apple to provide all details of software upgrades in order to allow customers to choose if they want to receive new updates or not. Hannuri law says that the company needs to pay $2,000 to each person involved in the lawsuit and whose smartphone was influenced by the slowdown. Well, Apple has already arranged a battery replacement program this month with a discounted price of $29. It looks like Apple is having tough times dealing with battery issues. Recently, we have also seen people reporting that their iPhone’s battery is exploding. So, what’s your opinion on this? Discuss with us in the comment box below.
